Day 1 Hua Hin
Morning :

Thailand International Kite Festival

Flying kites has become a Thai tradition since centuries, so Thais celebrate their affection for this popular pastime by holding an annual kite festival.

This event features kites from all over the world and kite demonstrations from the four regions of Thailand . Kids especially enjoy the festival, especially with the sporting events, exhibitions and vendors selling a cornucopia of goods and items.

It is held near the seaside resort of Hua Hin. The place is located a three-hour drive south of Bangkok (depending on traffic).

Afternoon :

Pran Buri

Pran Buri is situated around 30 kilometers south of Hua Hin. There are several beach resorts in peaceful atmosphere. The Pran Buri Forest Park occupies a large area with a 1 kilometer pine-fringed beach and mangrove nature trails.

Evening :

Market village

Hua Hin Market Village is the towns' first large scale shopping and entertainment complex. It was opened in February 2006 and since then it has grown in popularity amongst residents and visitors.

The three major outlets in Market Village are Tesco Lotus, Home Pro and Major Cineplex consisting of a food court, a number of restaurants, a bowling alley and plenty of small shops with popular clothing brands such as Levi, Lee, Lacoste, Bata, Body Glove and more.

A number of bank branches, mobile phone and camera shops can be found in the Hua Hin Market Village area.

Day 2 Hua Hin - Bangkok
Morning :

Klai Kangwon Palace

Klai Kangwon Palace in Thai literally means far from worries. This summer palace consisting of 3 Spanish style mansions facing the sea was constructed to the north of Hua Hin under the royal command of King Rama Vll. This is now the permanent residence of the King.

MBK

MBK is the perfect place for those who love shopping in a market style atmosphere but prefer to do so in air-conditioned comfort. Bargaining is a common issue at MBK. However, you should be careful of the products against imitation such as clothes, watches and others.

Day 3 Bangkok
Morning :

Pratunam Market

Pratunam Junction is famous for its street markets, bazaar and local vendors. There is a Nai Lert shopping market in Pratunam, which is very popular for local hand-made products from all over Thailand . You can find Thai fine arts, silk, cotton, wood-carvings, silver articles, pottery, leather products, and a lot more over here. The market also provides T shirts, jeans, shoes, calculators, watches, jewelries and souvenirs all at negotiable prices. Additional available is the food center providing tasty Thai, Chinese, and sea food.

Situated at North West Corner of Pratunam are Petchaburi and Ratchaprarop. Whereas, Pratunam it self is situated at Phayathai, Bangkok .

Afternoon :

Weekend market (Chatuchak Market)

Chatuchak Market is the Worlds Biggest Weekend Market selling practically everything under the sun, from the smallest nails, to foods, trendy fashions, antiques intricate wooden carvings, masks from far-off lands, adorable fluffy dogs, colorful fish of every hue and singing birds.

The market is as huge including 9,000 individual booths filled with every type of wares catching the trends. You can get anything from incense to insects and food stalls in case you get hungry.

It opens only on evening of weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
